How long does a two-way radio repair take?
It depends on the fault and whether parts are needed. Once we have assessed your equipment we confirm the expected timing along with any quote.
How much will my repair cost?
We assess the equipment first. Depending on the option you choose when booking, we quote before chargeable repairs, repair up to an amount you authorise, or contact you first.
Can you repair radios that are under warranty?
Yes. Attach your proof of purchase to the booking and choose a warranty assessment. We confirm with you before any chargeable work begins.
Can you repair radios I did not buy from Radio Industries?
Call us on 1300 266 682 with the make and model and we will confirm whether we can service it.
How do I send my equipment to you?
Book online first, then post or courier the equipment to our head office and workshop at Unit 1-10 Alliance Ave, Morisset NSW 2264. Include your name and contact details in the package.
Can you program repaired radios to match my fleet?
Yes. We program repaired radios to your existing fleet configuration so they are ready to use when they arrive back.
