The Icom OPC-2379 – Headset Adapter Cable for using a third-party Aviation headset. The adaptor allows you to use your standard Pilot headset directly with the ICOM IC-A15e, IC-A16e. IC-A25CE, or IC-A26NE airband radios.

This does not work with non-airband ICOM radios.
